At EZ Cover, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our detailed policy below. This policy outlines the procedures for various situations to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. General Return & Refund Process

  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item. Returns without an RAN will not be processed.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please include all tags and accessories.

2. Return & Refund Scenarios

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with details of the defect or damage. Include photos if possible.
    • Refund or Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
  • Incorrect Items:

    • Process: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with details of the incorrect item received and the item ordered. Include photos if applicable.
    • Refund or Replacement: We will send the correct item and arrange for the return of the incorrect item. If a replacement is not desired, a full refund will be issued, including return shipping costs.
  • Item Not Received:

    • Process: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, contact us with your order details. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.
    • Refund or Replacement: If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Order Cancellation:

    • Process: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at [email protected]. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the return process will apply.
    • Refund: If canceled within the allowed time, we will issue a full refund. If the order has shipped, follow the standard return process to obtain a refund.
  • Change of Mind:

    • Process: If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Refund: A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
